Job Description of the Clinic Coordinator for Region 56

The AYSO volunteer position of clinic coordinator is intended to organize coach and player clinics.

The clinic coordinator is expected to:

• Use AYSO registered instructors for all clinics and courses;

• Track clinic participants, registration, and attendance;

• Schedule fields and preparation;

• Telephone participants;

• Assign duties to the clinic workers;

• Assist clinic workers with equipment, materials facilities, etc.;

• Purchase and distribute refreshments; and

• Ensure there is enough water throughout the clinic.

To be considered for the position of clinic coordinator, the applicant should:

• Have organizing abilities;

• Work well with others;

• Know how to delegate;

• Have planning skills;

• Be knowledgeable of AYSO Coaching Programs; and

• Successfully pass a screening, including a background check.
