Notes for R56 Referees

Mis-Conduct Information and Form

This note covers misconduct reporting for spring or fall seasons.

This applies to misconduct both by players and by coaches / spectators.

1. Misconduct Reports should be filed by the end of the day of the game. Attached is an adobe .pdf form that may be used. (See note below for details.) The form should be sent by email to referee@ayso56.org with the words "Misconduct Report" in the subject line.

2. Reports will be re-distributed to ARAs, RRAs and appropriate Coordinators of the subject teams.

Please realize that prompt reporting is the only way we can effectively enforce game suspensions and identify patterns of problem behavior. If it's not reported, it didn't happen. If it's not reported, the problem is just being handed to the next referee and the culprit will think his behavior was acceptable.
